JOB DESCRIPTION

Functional Role: Clinical Trial Assistant

Location: Ahmedabad

CTC: 2.5 LPA – 6 LPA

Qualification: MSc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm & Pharm D

Primary Responsibility

EC Submission: Retrieve documents from the Central Drive, print, organize files, and dispatch them to sites before the Ethics Committee meeting.

SIV (Site Initiation Visit) Kits Preparation: Coordinate with CRD to prepare and dispatch SIV kits and study materials to the site before the Site Initiation Visit.

Logistics Activities: Coordinate IMP shipments with the Pharmacist Team and logistics vendor before patient randomization. Arrange and ship PK samples to the Bioanalytical Team.

Site Payment: Draft site invoices based on study patients, send them to the site, follow up for signed invoices, prepare an Inter Office Memo with approvals, and submit it to finance as per the Clinical Trial Agreement.

Phlebotomist Management: Arrange a phlebotomist as per the contract, plan travel (tickets, payments, hotel stay), and send details to the site before patient randomization.

MIS & Tracker Management: Update MIS hours for project phases, verify revenue data from PM, share with finance, and maintain trackers for site payments, instruments, and project details.

Documents Archival: Archive study files (Central Investigator file, Case report file, data management file) after completion of the study.

Monitor Travel Expenses: Process site visit monitor expenses (CRA), obtain required approvals, and submit to finance. Handle additional tasks as assigned by the reporting authority.
