About the Job

Our Team: The electronic Document Specialist (eDS) role operates within the Clinical Electronic Document Management (CEDM) subgroup of CSO-Clinical Documentation. The primary functions of the eDS role are ensuring format and submission-readiness validation of clinical documents, performing compilation/publishing of non-complex documents, and implementing navigation required to submit clinical Electronic Documents and Dossiers to Health Authorities.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform format and submission-readiness validation of clinical documents
• Publish/compile clinical documents that consist of multiple components
• Create and ensure conformity of clinical documents in the Sanofi eDMS
• Review feasibility of publishing/compilation Microplans provided by Medical Writers
• Support projects for publish of Clinical Study Reports
• Electronically approve all clinical documents within the eDMS

About You

Applicants should have the flexibility to work 3 pm – 11 pm local time collaborating with a North American team and possess pharmaceutical industry or related experience. Document management experience is an advantage, with knowledge or experience in Artificial Intelligence desirable. Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, solve problems, and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life science or related field preferred
• Experience with formatting electronic documents and submission dossiers
• Strong command of English in verbal and written communication
• Ability to work effectively in multifunctional and multicultural teams
• Proficient in MS Office 365 environment and software tools like eDMS and Acrobat
