Position: Programme Assistant – Advancement Programmes

Job Description:

• Managing the entire process from scouting startups to onboarding them.
• Engaging with selected startups to understand their innovation and business needs through direct interactions and developing tailored roadmaps.
• Identifying the right industry experts based on the startup’s business and technology requirements and facilitating meaningful connections.
• Building a strong startup pipeline by collaborating with key stakeholders such as mentors, venture capitalists, incubators, and accelerators.
• Scheduling meetings between startups and mentors, documenting key discussions, and identifying critical needs. Organizing workshops, networking events, and other activities that benefit startups.
• Writing reports and preparing presentations for programmes.
• Supporting other C-CAMP initiatives and activities as needed.
• It is essential that he/she is a well-organized individual with excellent communication and multi-tasking skills who thrives on diversity in an evolving professional environment.

Qualification: Master’s degree or higher in any Biosciences/Life Sciences or related field.

Desirable Qualities: 0-2 years of experience, project management skills, networking, computer skills, problem-solving ability.

Tenure: Contract position with a duration of 6 months, extendable upon performance review.

Remuneration: Based on the candidate’s qualification.
