Job Purpose:

The position of Project Manager at Syngene International Limited is for an experienced professional with exposure to Translational Medicine. The role involves partnering with scientific teams and stakeholders to manage operational and logistical aspects of research/study programs, ensuring successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish scientific and operational project milestones
• Coordinate project initiation discussions and regular follow-up meetings
• Develop and maintain project plans to monitor progress
• Assist in managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
• Report project-related issues and escalate as needed
• Perform risk management and prepare project reports
• Coordinate sample shipment and maintain project overview

Educational Qualification for Syngene Project Manager Job 

Master of Science in any life sciences domain with a certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP)

Technical/Functional Skills:

• Strong competencies in planning, project management, and organization
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Solid analytical capabilities and attention to detail
• Sound knowledge in quality systems and SOP preparation/review

Experience:

2 to 4 years of industry experience
