Job Opening: QA Lead

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to address quality issues in the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Monitor and ensure timely resolution of cases within the QMS.
• Assist in the development of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
• Maintain a proficient understanding of the QMS.
• Engage with QA Lead Manager and leadership as necessary for quality case progression and client communication.
• Support QA Lead Manager in data analysis, trend identification, and quality issue tracking.
• Perform any other duties as required.

Qualifications (Minimum Required) for QA Lead Job at Fortrea

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

Experience (Minimum Required) for QA Lead Job at Fortrea

• 8 years of experience in a regulatory environment, particularly in GXP roles.
• Demonstrated proficiency in QMS and CAPA processes.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Effective communication of quality issues internally and to clients.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) and GxPs.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

• May require extended hours of sitting in front of a terminal.
• Travel may be necessary.
