Job Opening: QA Lead
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to address quality issues in the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Monitor and ensure timely resolution of cases within the QMS.
- Assist in the development of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
- Maintain a proficient understanding of the QMS.
- Engage with QA Lead Manager and leadership as necessary for quality case progression and client communication.
- Support QA Lead Manager in data analysis, trend identification, and quality issue tracking.
- Perform any other duties as required.
Qualifications (Minimum Required) for QA Lead Job at Fortrea
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
Experience (Minimum Required) for QA Lead Job at Fortrea
- 8 years of experience in a regulatory environment, particularly in GXP roles.
- Demonstrated proficiency in QMS and CAPA processes.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Effective communication of quality issues internally and to clients.
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) and GxPs.
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
- May require extended hours of sitting in front of a terminal.
- Travel may be necessary.
