Primary Objective
Provide overall leadership to Secondary packing, NDT, and BIJ operation teams. Responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and overall supervision of entire Secondary packing, NDT, and BIJ operation in the shifts by ensuring Abbott Standards.
Primary Responsibilities as Sr. Executive – Production
- To achieve the secondary packing/NDT/BIJ targets as per schedule. Ensure that products are free from defects and meet Abbott quality standards.
- Monitor shift activities as per quality compliance.
- Promote good human relations within the department and plant-wide.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the department.
- Provide relevant training to ensure employees retain craft skills.
- Ensure safety, quality, and equipment downtime reporting.
Education:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Dairy Technology/Process Engineering/Mechanical/Food Science with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience. Sound people management skills and a good understanding of production operations.
