Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Scientific Support: Provide advanced application activities and scientific support across all product lines of Healthcare Lab Diagnostics.
• Customer Support & Education: Assist and educate customers on the optimal use of applications and software solutions.
• Comprehensive Training: Deliver in-depth training to customers based on their specific demands, ensuring effective use of applications and solutions.
• Configuration of Software: Customize and configure software applications to meet customer requirements.
• Interface Role: Act as the liaison between the customer and application providers, resolving issues and suggesting improvements for enhanced features.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team with product demos and presentations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Educational Requirements: M.Sc/B.Tech in Biochemistry or Biotechnology.
• Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience: Over 2+ years of experience in an Applications/Product Specialist role.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English for conducting international training sessions.
• Travel Requirements: Open to 70% travel as part of the role.
