Role Overview
Syngene is hiring a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to manage clinical trial sites and ensure studies are conducted in compliance with protocol, GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
- Manage assigned clinical study sites and therapeutic areas.
- Conduct protocol and study-related training for site teams.
- Ensure study quality, integrity, and regulatory compliance.
- Track ethics committee approvals, subject recruitment, CRF completion, and query resolution.
- Prepare monitoring reports and maintain study documentation.
