CALL FOR JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW UNDER A SERB PROJECT

Applications are invited from suitable candidates for Junior Research Fellow to work on the following project sponsored by ANRF-SERB (CRG/2020/001358 project), under the supervision of Prof. K.N. MOHAN, Department of BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES, BITS-Pilani, Hyderabad campus.

Title of the project: Stem cell models to study the interplay between DNMTs and HDACs in schizophrenia

Duration of the project: Till August 2027

Number of positions: 01

Fellowship amount: 37,000 + HRA

Eligibility requirements:

  • M. Sc. with 1st Class in Genetics/Human Genetics/Life Sciences/Biochemistry (from recognized university)
  • Suitability based on CSIR/UGC/ICMR/DBT, etc.

  • This is a rolling advertisement till the positions are filled.
  • The last date of application is November 20, 2024.

The selected candidates are encouraged to enroll for Ph.D. at BITS-Pilani Hyderabad Campus upon fulfillment of the requirements and assessment after > 6 months. No TA/DA will be paid for the interview.
