Job Summary
Location: Work from a CPS Plant in Gujrat
In this role, you will be responsible for setting strategic direction and annual business plan for the QSE function, aligning with CPS QSE strategies and Plant Business plan. You will develop QSE goals, track performance metrics, and implement corrective and preventive actions to achieve business plan targets. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring compliance with safety, occupational health, environment, and food safety policies, as well as local regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will participate in QSE projects and plant initiatives to drive continuous improvement and value creation.
Responsibilities
- Set strategic direction and annual BP for QSE function
- Participate in PE process of QSE Associates and performance management
- Lead implementation of ISO certifications and other programs
- Ensure compliances and drive continuous improvement and digitization
- Work with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risk
- Contribute to CPS Network projects and support QSE work-stream team
Requirements and Qualifications
- Post Graduate/Graduate in chemistry, food science, or food technology
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in managing Quality, Safety & Environment in food manufacturing or pharmaceutical company
- In-depth knowledge of Safety, Food Safety requirements, and local regulations
- Knowledge of beverage industry, advanced analytical instruments, and statistical process control
- Ability to influence and work with multiple stakeholders
