Job Description
Sample Preparation
Prepare and handle samples for testing according to established protocols.
Testing and Analysis
Conduct various tests on food samples, which may include chemical, physical, and microbiological analyses.
Data Recording and Documentation
Record test results accurately and maintain detailed documentation of procedures followed.
Quality Control
Assist in ensuring that all testing procedures meet quality control standards and regulatory requirements.
Adequate Knowledge of ISO 17025:2017 Quality Management System
Applicants should have adequate knowledge of the ISO 17025:2017 Quality Management System.
Educational Qualifications
Ph.D./M.Sc. in Chemistry/Microbiology/Physics/Food Science or MTech/B. Tech in Food Technology.
