Essential requirements: Building custom NGS analysis pipelines, proficient in R/Python, Linux, Knowledge of various databases and tools used for analyzing human / microbial genomes.
Desirable requirements: Good knowledge of Human and Population Genetics, Nanopore Analysis, pipeline orchestration tools (Nextflow/Snakemake), Version and Control tools (GitHub)
