Name of the Project – POPULATION SCIENCE STUDY: A study on genomics of vaccine response in populations.
Project Description – To identify the genomic and other factors responsible for variability in response to vaccines among individuals of a population.
Consolidated Remuneration [INR] Per Month – Rs. 37500/- (Inclusive of HRA (As Admissible)
Essential Qualifications –
- Master’s degree/M.Tech in BioInformatics OR Relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2 (two) years of experience in Research and Development work on human genetics/ genomics in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organisations and Scientific activities and services.
Desirable Qualifications –
- Experience in working in the Unix, GNU, and LINUX environments.
- Proficiency in R programming.
- Experience in working in C, MySQL, and Python Programming.
- Experience with various human genomic databases and open-source software packages.
Nature of Duty – To carry out analysis of genome-wide association with vaccine response.
