  • Gujarat – Ahmedabad / Baroda / Surat / Rajkot / Junagadh / Jamnagar / Vapi
  • Maharashtra – Mumbai All Areas, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Goa, Aurangabad, Nagpur, Akola.

Job Description

  • Ensure effective and efficient coverage of the assigned territory, maintaining the desired call average.
  • Meeting with the doctors in the assigned territory on a regular basis to sustain and increase the business flow.
  • Implement the sales strategies effectively in the assigned territory
  • Work as per the laid down sales strategies and guidelines to achieve and exceed the assigned targets.
  • Identifying Key Accounts (Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Birthing Centers etc.) for establishing partnerships with Lifecell within the assigned territory.
  • Work as per the laid down sales strategies and guidelines to achieve and exceed the assigned targets
  • Creation and Development of accounts through interaction with the management. heads of administration, medical departments and department heads, medical superintendents etc. to promote Lifecell.
  • Ensure sustainable inflow of enrolments from established accounts and closure of new accounts.
  • Maintain excellent relations with the established accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Organize Training, CMEs., Workshops and other events with the established accounts.
  • Coordination with internal departments such as Logistics. FM and Operations to ensure smooth and effective execution of required activities.
  • Provide market feedback on a continuous basis and apprise the team leader of market trends, competition and new opportunities.
  • Any other work as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Qualification

Preferred

  • B.Sc / B.E. Biotechnology or Chemistry / B.E. Bio-Medical/ B.Pharm / MBA (Marketing)

Experience – Min 2 to 5 yrs from diagnostics, genetics, healthcare, gynac, IVF, Prenatal, Postnatal industry.
