Job Category: CALF Laboratory

Profile Summary: To aid in documentation, analytical work, sample preparation, Instrument operation, field visits and also sample collection/ registration/ reporting, quality control, trend analysis as well as standardization/ validation of methods.

Key Responsibility:

• Assist in routine general chemical and also contaminant testing of Food, Agricultural Products, Feed, General Chemicals and Water by utilizing advanced analytical tools.
• Instrument operation, Sample collection/ registration and also reporting according to the procedure. Prep work of SOPs, Analytical Procedures and Quality Documents. The applicant would be required to work shift duties.
• Assist in time bound project/validation/ research/ survey of Literature/ proficiency testing/stability studies.
• Writing validation and also project/PT/ stability reports and research papers.
• Intermediate checks of equipment, reagents as well as reference materials, calibration and ordering of chemicals.
• Assist in technological aspects of ISO 17043:2010 and 17025:2017.

Qualification & Experience:

• Fresher with M.Sc./ M Tech. in any type of branch of food science/ bio-analytical/ biotechnology.
• Applicant having knowledge/ exposure to chemical analysis of Food/Feed/ water would certainly be favoured.

Other Essential attributes and skills:

• Knowledge of basic analytical procedures and techniques.
• Analytical and interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and writing skill.
• Able to work amicably in the team and efficiently carrying out the task timely as assigned by supervisor.
• Ought to follow guidelines of the organization, ethical practices as well as safety norms.
• Able to handle timeline as well as work pressure.
