Tenure: 11 Months

Eligible applicants should email the scanned copies of the following documents to [email protected] latest by 25th April 2021. Applications received after the last date and without the below mandatory documents will be rejected.

All the documents including the application form to be made SINGLE PDF File in the following order and to be sent to the mentioned email address. The complete file should be saved with the candidate name and to be sent. Individual PDF files will not be considered.

(I) Scanned copy of the duly filled-in application, given at the end of this advertisement. Followed by,

(II) Scanned copies of.

a) CV/Bio-Data with a current colour photograph.
b) Educational Qualification Certification as mentioned in the advertisement essential qualification/ Semester Mark sheet or Final Mark sheet is mandatory where it shows Geology subject was studied. In addition to this, Degree Award Certification or Provisional Award Certification. Percentage or CGPA should clearly be displayed on any type of among the certificate. If the certification doesn’t have proper percentage/ CGPA/ Grade after that the application may not be taken into consideration.
c) Date of Birth Proof (Any kind of valid certificate having DoB such as SSLC, HSC, DoB Certificate, etc).
d) Category certification (in case of SC/ST/OBC/ PWD applicants). (If applicable).
e) NET/GATE/SET/ Any other Equivalent exam qualification certificate (IF applicable).
f) Experience certificate (If there is any type of or If applicable).
g) Other certifications if any kind of.

Mode of Selection:

If the number of applications are more, then the selection committee will fix the criteria to shortlist the applicants. Only shortlisted applicants will be called for the interview. Selection will certainly be done on the basis of online interview through either Skype/Google Meet/Zoom or any other suitable software, as decided by the competent authority.

Applications received after the due date (25th April 2021) will be rejected. The shortlisted applicants will certainly be informed via e-mail/website.

Desirable Qualifications & Job Requirement NIO Job: Experience in Molecular
techniques, microbial culture.Participation in fieldwork, oceanographic cruises, collection and analysis of samples (plankton and benthic) and data analysis. Culture of marine invertebrates and plankton.
