Name of the Project: “Genomics assisted pathobiology to identify novel targets for diagnosis and therapeutic intervention(s) of Japanese encephalitis and Leptospirosis”.

Names of the Co-PIs: Dr Subeer S. Majumdar, Dr Syed M. Faisal, Dr Pankaj Suman.
Age: 35 years (Relaxation is admissible in case of SC/ST/OBC applicants based on Government instructions).

Applicants meeting the essential criteria will certainly be called for interview through video conferencing on January 18, 2021, at 11 AM.
Fellowship amount: Rs. 35000/- PM plus 24 percent HRA (if applicable) according to the DST guidelines.
Essential Qualification: Master’s Degree in Life Science or Agricultural Sciences/ MVSc or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent; as well as 2 years’ experience in R & d in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and also Technology Organizations as well as Scientific activities and services as per DST OM No. SR/S9/Z -05/ 2019 dated 10.07.2020.
Experience: Candidate with experience in Genomics, proteomics as well as bioinformatics in addition to wet-lab experience in cell culture, virus titration etc., will be favored.
