Name of the Project: “Diagnostic utility of self-collected buccal swab specimen as an alternative to sputum for molecular detection of pulmonary tuberculosis”.

Duration: These posts are purely temporary and to be filled for the duration of the project only.

It is mandatory:

Age and also experience is relaxable in deserving cases. Essential Qualification: Graduate in science subjects from a recognized university with three years of work experience preferably in Tuberculosis laboratory or Master’s degree in science subjects.

Job Responsibilities: Will be posted at Microbiology laboratory, ICMR-NARI. Will be responsible for performing AFB staining, MGIT culture subjects and GeneXpert testing for TB and ensuring that study records and laboratory results are appropriately maintained.

Remuneration: Rs 31000/- consolidated.
