Age: 50 years.
How to Apply:
The above positions are entirely on a temporary basis and co-terminus with the project. The fellowship amount for the above positions are as sanctioned in the project and also as per DBT/DST standards. The initial appointment will certainly be for one year or till the tenability of the project whichever is earlier and the same can be curtailed/extended on the basis of an assessment of the candidate’s performance and discretion of the Competent Authority. NIPGR reserves the right to choose the applicant against the above
post depending upon the qualification and also experience of the applicant. Reservation of posts shall be based on Govt. of India norms. The appointment may be ended any time by giving one-month notification by either side. The candidates will have no claim implicit or explicit for consideration against any regular position of NIPGR.Eligible candidates may apply by sending out soft copy through e-mail in the given format with a cover letter showing interest in addition to self- attested soft copies of the mark-sheets, certifications, (from Class X onwards) and proof of research experience/publications. For Post I
Essential Qualification: Candidates having Ph.D. or B. Tech/M.Sc. degree (with minimum 60% marks) with at least four years research experience from recognized university in Molecular Biology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Plant Science/Life Sciences/ Bioinformatics or related field are eligible to apply. Candidates having prior experience in the area of LC-MS/MS, proteomics, protein-interaction, multiomics and system biology will be given preference.
For Post II
Eligibility: Candidates having M.Sc. degree or B.Sc. degree (with minimum 55% marks) with at least three years research experience in Molecular Biology/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/Plant Science/Life Sciences/ Bioinformatics from recognized university/board or related field are eligible to apply. Candidates having prior experience in the area of LC-MS/MS, proteomics, protein-interaction, multiomics will be given preference.
