Position Objection:

To increase the safety as well as productivity of our manufacturing assets, optimize costs of the plant through process and technology improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and also organizing production schedule in co-ordination with a planner as per the sales requirement.
• Analyze critical parameters, equipment and also system needed for scale-up as well as manufacturing activities.
• Analyze and also record critical process & quality parameters.
• Conduct detailed analysis and reporting of fermentation data for every production lot.
• To optimize the product yield as well as reduce cost per Kg.
• Develop, review, update as well as implement procedure & safety-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as well as guidelines as needed.
• Aid in training of plant personnel and also develop them to understand the fermentation process well.
• Analyze batch records and also quality results and also monitor the consistency of operations by using appropriate database and statistical tools; propose and also implement corrective activities.
• Lead troubleshooting in the plant for process and quality problems as a resource for manufacturing.
• Aid in defining brand-new process equipment or equipment modifications.
• Maintaining all production records as per the ISO and HACCP and also ERP requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, biotechnology, industrial microbiology, or Biochemical/Chemical engineering.
• 4-5 years experience in fermentation procedure or process engineering preferably in an enzyme manufacturing environment or distillery industry.
