Job Description:

The candidate will certainly be responsible following key deliverables:

• To ensure product quality is maintained based on Amul standards.
• To conduct an analysis of the products packed under the Amul brand.
• To report routinely with comments on the quality of the products including packed product examination.
• To guarantee plant hygiene is maintained as per Amul standards.
• To identify improvement areas for product, packaging, manufacturing procedure, storage & distribution as well as the implementation of the same.
• To develop brand-new products.

The key responsibility areas are:

• To assist monitor the quality of the product packed under the Amul brand.
• To check the processing/ packaging parameters at the plant for the products packed/ manufactured under the Amul brand name.
• To monitor and also help identify the area where plant hygiene can be improved.
• To visit chosen markets for QA audit and also report status for improvement.
• To acquire ability in analysis to reduce variant in product testing.
• To aid the plant in new product development.
• To take initiative and also an innovative approach in the TQM activities as well as update the technical capability.

Required Applicant Profile:

• Candidate needs to be First Class Graduate/ Post Grad in Food Technology having minimum work experience of 2-3 years in Quality Assurance/ New Product Development/ Production of Food/ Bakery Products with reputed Organization.
• Only Food Technologists needs to apply.
