General Terms & Conditions:
- The upper age limitation will be as on Date of Interview which is relaxable as much as 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes/Persons with disabilities and OBC applicants.
- Special age relaxation in case of widows divorced women and women judicially separated from their husbands, that is not remarried according to guidelines.
- Engagement will be originally for a period of one year and might be extended or curtailed depending upon the project requirement, and preferred level performance or conduct of the incumbent, as the case may be.
- The position will be co-terminus with the Network, Grant-in help projects and other projects against which the stipend is offered to the applicants and is non-transferable to another Project.
- The position is only short-term and, consequently, will not confer any precisely the incumbent to any claim, implied or specific on any kind of post in CSIR-CIMAP.
Essential Qualification for CIMAP Job: M.Sc. (minimum 55% marks) in Microbiology/Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ or M.Tech. in Biotechnology.
Desirable Qualification for CIMAP Job: Working experience in yeast biology (cloning.
and expression) and metabolite analysis by GC/GC-MS.
