Essential Duties and Responsibilities: consist of the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Uses ability as well as experience to aid develop standard concepts as well as techniques that permit others to complete activities in creative as well as efficient ways
• Meet regulatory requirements and follow policies and also procedures
• Recommends as well as helps in the implementation of changes to policies and also procedures as appropriate
• Receive minimal guidance
• Assists in training, assigning and reviewing the work of lower-level employees
• Responsible for following all company guidelines associated with Health, Safety, as well as Environmental practices which all resources needed to do so, are readily available as well as in good condition.
• Responsible to fulfill the FPY targets in manufacturing.
• Support for On-Time delivery to the customer.
• Responsible for implementing Corrective and also Preventive actions.
• Supports in material management by updating the details in local software utilized for inventory management.

Education and/or Experience:

• Fresher’s with a minimum of Bachelor degree in the field as well as has a good understanding of the subject.
• BSc/MSc in Biotechnology/Microbiology/Biochemistry
• 2-4 year’s exp.
