Notification for engagement of Para-medical staff in Group ‘C’ on contract basis in view of COVID-19 pandemic for Divisional Railway Hospital, East Coast Railway, Waltair.
In view of the exigencies related with the COVID-19 pandemic and in view of adequate preparedness, it has been decided to engage paramedical staff for the post as mentioned below on contract basis, for Divisional Railway Hospital, East Coast Railway, Waltair. Eligible candidates having the following qualification, age, experience as well as fulfilling various other terms and conditions might appear before the Board for Walk-in-Interview together with duly filled out the application in the given format based on Annexure-1 with all pertinent certificates/ testimonials in originals and self -attested copies of each.
a) Since the over and above the sanctioned cadre due to the exigencies on the short-term measure, no prescribed community distribution (SC/ST/ OBC/EXW etc.) is applicable. Nevertheless, age relaxation
will be reckoned as on the date of notification.b) The vacancy is provisional as well as might increase or decrease based on the administrative necessity. There may be ‘wait-listed/stand-by’ candidates versus the notified panel/select list that may be engaged as a necessity
Period of Contract: The above-mentioned engagement is purely on the temporary measure for a period of three months from the date of engagement, unless prolonged by more orders.

- Time: 10.30 hrs
Applicants are advised to report to the venue by 09:30 Hrs for registration.
NB: The interview might be extended to more than one day depending on the number of candidates. No TA/DA/Accommodation will be provided to the candidates attending the interview.
Documents needed: Candidates are advised to bring original certificates for confirmation at the time of Interview along with application in the prescribed format & with following documents.
i.Two recent Passport size photographs (self -attested).
ii.Educational/ Professional/Technical Qualification certificates from a recognized institution.
iii.Certificate indicating the Date of Birth (SSLC).
iv.Certificate of experience & ‘No Objection Certificate’ from the employer & relevant certificates.
v.Adhaar Card & PAN Card.
The detailed instructions with regard to the duties while in contract engagement in Railways will be given to the contractual paramedical staff concerned in case of selection in addition to the offer of engagement.
Appearance in the interview will not vest any right upon the applicants to be engaged as paramedical staff and also no reasons will certainly be mentioned or communication shall be made with the candidates in case of candidates not getting selected.
