Essential Qualification:
- Two years’ Integrated Post Graduate M.Sc Course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject;
or
Master Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the following subjects: PGT (Biology) – Botany/ Zoology/ Life Sciences/BioSciences/ Genetics/ Microbiology/Bio-Technology/ Molecular Bio/Plant Physiology provided they have studied Botany and Zoology at Graduation level.
2. B.Ed. or equivalent Degree from a recognized university.
3. Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English medium.
Desirable: Knowledge of computer applications

1) Four years’ Integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate;

Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subjects/ combination of subjects and in aggregate. The electives subjects and Languages in the combination of subjects as under :
For TGT (Science): Botany, Zoology, and Chemistry
Desirable: Knowledge of computer applications

- Latecomers will not be entertained
- Teachers appointed on contractual basis will not be entitled to vacation pay and during Autumn/Winter break payment shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
- Teachers will not be entitled to pay if they remain absent on working day. In case of absence from duty, payment will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
- Vacancies will be filled purely on temporary basis for a maximum period of one year or till regular incumbent joins, whichever is earlier.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
- Applicants are directed to download the Bio-data form uploaded on the website and bring them while coming for the interview duly filled in and signed.
- Eligible candidates are requested to attend the Walk-in interviews along with original certificates/documents and set of Xerox copies (self-attested) of the required qualification.
- Age Limit: Minimum and Maximum age limit shall be 18 and 65 years respectively.
- The candidates should present themselves with original certificates and one set of self-attested copies of all relevant documents and recent passport size Photograph at 08.30 am to the Venue and dates concerned.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE
- NON CTET Qualified Candidates will be considered only on the absence of CTET QUALIFIED ones.
- Candidates without prescribed qualifications are not
allowed to attend the interview.
