About:
4F is a $40 Mn USD fund aimed at promoting, facilitating and supporting joint Industrial R&D between India & Israel which would lead to co-development and commercialization of innovative technologies benefiting both the countries.
Conditional Grant Funding:
0.25 Million USD to 1.25 Million USD per project or 50% of the Indian and Israel Project Cost whichever is lower can be availed.

- Energy
- Healthcare
- Water
- Information & Communication Technology (ICT)
- Agriculture
Types of projects eligible for funding support:
- R&D Projects focused on development of new products, processes or technologies.
- Projects focused on the adaptation and customization of a product to markets.
