Title: Centre for Systems Biology and Molecular Medicine at Yenepoya Research Centre announces upcoming series of workshops focusing on Genomics, Proteomics and Metabolomics.

Centre for Systems Biology and Molecular Medicine (CSBMM) is a premier centre for Genomics, Proteomics, Metabolomics and computational biology. Scientists at CSBMM are carrying out cutting edge research using state-of-the art mass spectrometry facility to explore an array of human diseases ranging from neurological disorders and infections to cancers using Next Generation sequencing, proteomic and metabolomic approaches.

1. Workshop on NextGen Sequencing-based Whole Genome Sequencing, Assembly and Annotation
Dates: April 16- 18, 2018

2. Workshop on Mass Spectrometry-based Metabolomics for Beginners
Dates: April 19-21, 2018

3. Workshop on Quantitative and Functional Proteomics
Dates: April 23-26, 2018

Registration fee* per workshop

A concession of Rs. 2,000/- in the registration fee will be provided for:
1. Each student and faculty from Jammu and Kashmir and Northeast India
2. Each student in the case of group

registration of 3 or more students from the same Institute.

* Registration fee is exclusive of the accommodation charges

Registration is on first come first serve basis until the slots are filled
