Job Description :
- Generate compound specific report by running compound specific simulation and contribute in analysis of simulated results
- Contribute toward tool building and improvement by continuously evaluation of the tool and work with software team to convey the requirement.
- Work on new assay capability building.
- Screening compounds for clients standardize already existing assays in new cell lines & cell line maintenance.
- Stay updated on published literature on liver toxicity
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Cell Culture (Primary cultures and cell lines)
- Biochemical assay standardization following method describe in published literature
- Compound screening by running Biochemical Assay
- Re-standardization of assays in different cell lines
- Analysis of generated data following SOP
- Application of systems biology model for running simulation
- Analysis of simulation results
- Report Writing following SOP
