Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
PhD / M. Tech / M. Sc. in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or related fields
Experience: 3-5 Years
Skills & Requirements
- Hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture and molecular biology lab with exposure on PCR/qPCR, DNA/RNA extraction, Western blotting, ELISA, fluorescence/confocal microscopy, flow cytometry, and cellular/biochemical in-vitro assays
- Experience in cell viability, proliferation, apoptosis, autophagy, migration, uptake, and mechanistic biology studies
- Exposure to peptide therapeutics, biologics/NBEs, nanotechnology, biomaterials, or drug delivery systems will be advantageous.
- Experience with 3D cell culture, spheroids/organoids, zebrafish/in vivo models, or translational biology will be an added advantage
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced multidisciplinary R&D environment
- Strong publication record and translational/industrial research exposure preferred
- Good communication, mentoring, collaboration, and project management skills
