Responsibilities/Job Description :
- Perform the water sampling.
- Perform the microbial analysis of water samples, raw materials / packaging materials and in- process samples
- Carry out Media Preparation and sterilization, Equipment cleaning/monitoring, Viable & non- viable monitoring of Microbiology laboratory and Manufacturing facility.
- Preparation of the trends as applicable and to recommend any changes for the better control of the system.
- Ensuring all the equipment and instruments are in validated and calibrated state.
- Participation in media fill visual inspection.
- Performing Bacterial Endotoxins Test.
- BIs enumeration and inoculation.
- Maintenance of cGLP in respective Area.
- Environment monitoring of production modules.
Educational Qualifications : M.Sc with 2 to 5 yrs of experience in Microbiology-Injectables.
Eligibility Criteria : Completed 2
or more years in current or previous organisation.
