Job Description
- Day to day management of shift activities in the Laboratory to timely carry out all
- Physical , Chemical and Microbiological testing of Raw, In-process and Finished Products.
- Conducting internal audits as an internal auditor for ISO 9001 & HACCP.
- Handling of total documentation for the laboratory as well as QMS documentation.
- Taking care of GMP,GLP,GHP, Calibration and integrated pest Management.
- Taking care of general practices in laboratory- Management Disposal of Microbial waste,
- Prevention of cross contamination measures and Aseptic Techniques.
- Preparation of cultured product like Dahi, chach etc.
- FSSAI standards pertaining to microbiology of milk products & comply the testing as per
- FSSAI guidelines.
- Taking care of total laboratory analysis as well as Microbiological and chemical analysis.
- To carry of the total plant hygiene & personal hygiene.
