Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for maintaining overall Microbiology activities of all Packing Stations.
2. Responsible for Day to day guidance on Microbiology quality maintenance of milk and milk products.
3. Responsible for compliance of Microbiology parameters as per FSSA of all Packing Stations and implementation of methods for detection of Pathogens & Food Poisoning bacteria.
4. Responsible for preparation of Microbiology specifications for raw materials, packing materials and finished products.
5. Responsible for calibration of micro biology testing equipments / instruments of all packing stations and implementation of updated laboratory test methods.
6. Co-ordinate with EIA officials for export products.
7. Responsible for successful implementation of ISO Standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Microbiology with 1 to 3 yrs of experience in Quality Assurance activities in Dairy / Food / Processing Industry.
- Candidates need to carry their all educational documents along with one ID Card proof and passport size photos.
