Position 1
Name of Fellowship : Research Associate
Essential Qualification : M.Sc., and Ph.D., in Bio-Chemistry
No of Post : 1
Age Limit : 35 years
Tenure of the Fellowship : 2 years
Monthly Stipend : Rs. 40,000/- pm
Position 2
Name of Fellowship : Jr. Research Fellow
Essential Qualification : M.Sc., in Food Science / Chemistry / Bio-Technology with First Class and UGC NET or CSIR UGC – NET
No of Post : 3
Age Limit : 28 years
Tenure of the Fellowship : 2 years
Monthly Stipend : Rs. 25000/-

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS :
1. Eligible Candidates are advised to bring the Bio- data, duly filled, as per the specimen
appended.
2. Produce all Original Certificates, Marks Card in support of credentials, Age and Caste ( in
case of SC, ST and OBC ) One set of photo copy of all Certificates / Marks Cards, may
submit , at the time of interview.
3. Preference will be
through dissertation in Food Chemistry.
4. The Age limit shall be relaxable to SC, ST and OBC Candidates as per Govt. Orders issued
from time to time.
5. Tenure of Jr. Research Fellowship, initially, is for a period of two years which will be extended
as per DRDO Rules.
6. IT MAY PLEASE BE NOTED THAT THE OFFER OF FELLOWHIP DOES NOT CONFER
FELLOWS, ANY RIGHT FOR ABOSORPTION IN DRDO.
7. The Fellowship may be terminated at any time during the tenure with a prior notice of one
month. Fellows / Associate may also resign in a prior notice of one month.
8. DFRL, Mysore reserves the right to amend / modify or summarily cancel this advertisement.
The above notified vacancies are like to be increased or decreased or cancelled depending
upon the prevailing restrictions, if any, as per the policy.
9. HRA is entitled as per Rules.
10. No. TA/DA will be given to the Candidates for appearing for the Walk-in-Interview.
11. Candidates working in Govt. /Public Sectors Undertaking /Autonomous Bodies should
produce No Objection Certificate, issued by the Employer, at the time of Interview.
