Assam Agricultural University is the first institution of its kind in the whole of North-Eastern Region of India. Position 1

Name of the project: Induction of mutations in summer green gram

Educational Qualification:

  • M.Sc. in Agriculture with specialization in PBG or M.Sc. in Life Sciences or Botany from a recognized University or Institution.
  • Candidate having knowledge or experience in mutation breeding is desirable.
  • Proficiency in computer application is essential

Emoluments: Rs.25,000 + 10% HRA (For those with NET/GATE/BET/BINC or Rs.12000+HRA (without NET/GATE/BET/BINC)

Name of the project: Genetic Improvement of Taro through Radiation Technology
