Veeda Lifesciences is seeking a passionate Analyst – Bioassays with hands-on laboratory experience in cell-based assays and bioassays. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking for Biotech Jobs, Analyst Jobs, and Cell Culture Jobs within a leading life sciences organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Cell-Based Assays
- Design, optimize, and execute Bioassays to assess relative potency.
- Good cell culture and cell banking practices.
- Experience in 96 & 384-well-based assays.
- Experience with reporter gene assay (Ex, Luciferase, SEAP, etc.).
- Method Development & Validation
- Develop, optimize, and validate assays following GLP/GCLP.
- Establish assay parameters, including sensitivity, specificity, precision, and robustness.
- Troubleshoot assay performance and implement continuous improvements.
- Data Analysis & Documentation
- Analyze and interpret data using appropriate software like SoftMax Pro, PLA 3.0, and Gen-5.
- Prepare technical reports, study documentation, SOPs, and reports.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of cell-based assays and bioassays.
- Knowledge of ICH Guidelines and USP <1032>, <1033> chapters.
Experience Required
- 1-4 years of hands-on laboratory experience in cell-based assays and bioassays.
- Experience working with cell culture techniques and cell banking practices.
- Practical exposure to assay development, optimization, and validation activities.
