Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Testing of all RM and PM.
- Analyze trends in quality complaints and take preventive and corrective action for the same
- Implement Quality systems e.g. ISO 9001, HACCP, 5S, SGA etc.
- Develop and implement testing SOPs
- Vendor certification
- Design and implement processes as part of external and internal safety,hygiene and certification specifications
Incumbent will report to AM-Quality for the plant and is expected to work in rotating shifts.

Job Description
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Overall
responsibilities of independently handling the shift.2. To meet SKU wise volume requirement in the shift.
3. To achieve KPM of Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Productivity and Cost.
Implementation of Quality systems e.g. ISO 9001, HACCP, 5S, SGA in the shift.
Knowledge:
1. Knowledge of HACCP/ISO 9001, 5S,SGA and SPC techniques.
2. Knowledge of SAP and similar systems.
3. Strong numerical, analytical and Trouble-shooting skills
4. Application of concepts like productivity, utilization, OEE, workflows, line balancing etc
5. Application of basic engineering principles in understanding new processes / technology
6. Ensuring implementation of ITCs standards through:
a. training,
b. Technical trouble-shooting and problem solving through appropriate quality tools.
7. Leadership by example specifically in the areas of:
a. integrity of communication
b. consistency of message
c. fairness and objectivity in dealing with situations
8. High result orientation getting things done on time and as per agreed upon norms.
