Job Description :
- Responsible for developing the biochemical, cell based assays and conduct routine screening
- Expert knowledge/skill sets in cell culture and cell based assays; high throughput (384-well) biochemical assays.
- Analytical techniques : Flow-cytometry, Cell culture, ELISA, Cytotoxicity assays,
- Radioactive assays, TR-FRET (mandatory skills)
- Confocal microscopy, RT-PCR, Western Blot, animal handling (Desirable)
- Experience on data analysis and data record keeping
