Desired Profile : MSc /M.Tech – Biochemistry /Biotechnology with 3-7 years relevant experience in Assay Biology Screening.

Job Description :

• Responsible for developing the biochemical, cell based assays and conduct routine screening
• Expert knowledge/skill sets in cell culture and cell based assays; high throughput (384-well) biochemical assays.
• Analytical techniques : Flow-cytometry, Cell culture, ELISA, Cytotoxicity assays,
• Radioactive assays, TR-FRET (mandatory skills)
• Confocal microscopy, RT-PCR, Western Blot, animal handling (Desirable)
• Experience on data analysis and data record keeping
