Position 1
Job Title : Analytical R&D Positions

Eligiblity : M.Sc / M.Tech Biotech/ Biochemistry
Job Description :
- Experience and technical knowledge in protein analytics by RP, SE, IExHPLC, CGE, GE(all formats), Glycan analysis , post translational modification analysis, MS based analysis of various characteristics of protein including intact mass, identification of variants, site of modification etc..
- Experience in plate based assays for host cell protein, residual DNA and residual protein analysis
- Technical knowledge of Bioassays-cell based and ligand binding.
- Knowledge of the relevant pharmacopeial methods of biologics.
- Sound technical knowledge of microbial cell bank characterization
- Experienced in usage of MS Office with ability to prepare reports, worksheet and presentation for internal review meetings.

Eligiblity : M.Sc /M.Tech Biotech/biochemistry
Job Description :
- Expertise in Upstream unit operations (CHO based mammalian expression systems).
- Strong Hands on experience with SUB (Up to 2000 L scale.
- Exposure to handle of Bio-similar proteins and Mabs projects in cGMP area.
- Sound knowledge and awareness of GMP controls ,Quality systems and regulatory aspects
- Experience on risk assessment tools and change management.

Position 3
Job Title : Downstream R&D Positions
No of Posts : 4
Eligiblity : M.Sc /M.Tech Biotech/biochemistry
Job Description :
- Expertise in purification of recombinant proteins and monoclonal antibodies with mammalian cell culture system
- Experience in purification of monoclonal antibodies in large scale operation
- Exposure to purification of wide variety of proteins ( novel and biosimilars)
- Exposure to develop the strategy for large scale downstream process
- Experience on Scale up , technology transfer, and purification operation at large scale
- Experience in handling on downstream process equipment’s such as continuous centrifuge, depth filtration ,chromatography system, column chromatography , column packing and filtration skids
- Experience in trouble shooting operation in protein purification process
Strong knowledge of cGMP operation, quality guidelines and standards with ability to interpret and apply them.
Experience : 3-6 years
