- Candidates will be shortlisted in a ratio of 1:5 based on written examination performance.
- Final merit will be prepared solely on interview marks.

Selection will be based only on Interview.
Important Instructions for Candidates
- Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply.
- All positions are temporary and co-terminus with the project.
- Selection under these projects does not confer any right to regular appointment in CSIR-IITR.
- Educational qualifications must be obtained from recognized institutions and results must be declared on or before 21 June 2026.
- Experience will be counted only after acquiring the prescribed minimum qualification.
- Candidates must ensure that all information submitted is complete and supported by valid documents.
- Original certificates/documents will be verified during the recruitment process.
- The date for determining age, qualification and experience shall be 21 June 2026.
- Merely meeting eligibility criteria does not guarantee shortlisting, interview or selection.

- No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the written examination or interview.
