  • Demonstrate active listening, patience, and willingness to help mentees.
  • Ensure training files for the team are maintained up-to-date and audit-ready at all times.
  • Track weekly and monthly training compliance of the team.
  • Participate and contribute to Knowledge Sharing Sessions held across departments within CTTS.
  • Assess workload appropriately and assign projects based on priority.
  • Perform quality checks of peers and identify process gaps leading to quality errors.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance quality compliance for assigned tasks.
  • Plan and deliver training programs.
  • Prepare required training agendas and materials.
  • Create and/or review SOPs and Work Instructions by assessing effectiveness and updating documentation.
  • Ensure timely submission of version-controlled documents to the Global QA SOP Team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science.
  • Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science or related discipline with exposure to Clinical Research environments.
  • Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of experience working in the Clinical Research industry.
