Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality micro-plot field trials.
- Evaluate biological efficacy of crop protection products.
- Collect, analyze, and document research data.
- Support field research station operations.
- Coordinate with internal and external research stakeholders.
- Assist in product discovery and development activities.
- Support intellectual property generation and patent filing activities.
- Maintain relationships with government agencies and research institutions.
- Ensure compliance with EHS standards.
Education Qualification
- PhD or MSc in Agriculture (Plant Pathology/ Entomology) from a reputed University / Institute
- Knowledge of specific biological disciplines (e.g., Plant pathology, Entomology, Plant physiology, Agronomy etc.)
Experience
- Post academic industrial research experience (2-5 years) appreciated
- Expert knowledge concerning Phytopathological & Entomological techniques, Agronomy, Field trials is appreciated
- Experience in working in multi-centre, multi-national environments
- Successful track record
