Key Responsibilities
Medical Affairs Strategy & Tactics
- Support and execute Core Medical Plan (CMP) activities within timelines and budget.
- Deliver scientific presentations and participate in advisory boards.
- Provide medical input for business plans, promotional materials, and product training.
- Support cross-functional teams with therapeutic area expertise and medical insights.
Insights Generation
- Generate medical insights through external collaborations.
- Develop and implement medical communication plans.
- Attend scientific conferences and gather therapeutic area insights.
Clinical Research Support
- Review Investigator-Sponsored Research (ISR) proposals and protocols.
- Assist in the execution of regional and global clinical trials.
Internal & External Engagement
- Build relationships with key external experts, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate across matrix teams and contribute to Medical Affairs initiatives.
- Prepare activity reports and support scientific programs.
Learning & Development
- Enhance therapeutic area expertise through training and scientific meetings.
- Share knowledge internally and provide medical training to teams.
Legal & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company SOPs.
- Seek legal/compliance guidance when required.
- Maintain adherence to industry regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications
Medical Degree and an Advanced Scientific degree from a university in Life and/or Health Science.
Degree in an appropriate biological science with a clear relationship to human medicinal products.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in the Medical Affairs function in Oncology.
