- Salary: ₹37,000 + 10% HRA per month
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with partner organizations and stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps and training needs across geographies.
- Design and execute capacity-building initiatives, including Training-of-Trainers (ToT) models for rice fortification.
- Manage all training activities for stakeholders involved in rice fortification (e.g., rice millers, FRK, and premix manufacturers).
- Support the Knowledge Management Officer in developing communication materials, training modules, and IEC packages.
- Assist in organizing field-level workshops, training logistics, documentation, and feedback collection.
- Maintain records of training outputs and contribute to project reporting and monitoring frameworks.
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science and Nutrition, Food and Nutrition, or a closely related field.
Desirable Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in training or capacity building in food fortification projects, industry, or consultancy.
- Familiarity with organizing or conducting stakeholder training sessions.
Experience Required
- 1–2 years of experience in training or capacity building related to food fortification projects, industry, or consultancy.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and training program execution will be preferred.
Skills Needed
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
- Presentation and training delivery skills.
- Public speaking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word).
Age Limit
- Maximum 40 years.
- Relaxation of 5 years for women/SC/ST/OBC/differently abled candidates as per the Government of India rules.

- The position is purely on a contractual basis.
