Project Title
Quantifying the chromatin binding dynamics of methyltransferase EZH2 in live cells using single-molecule imaging to identify novel therapeutic strategies to treat drug-resistant cancers
This interdisciplinary research project combines epigenetics, cancer biology, genome engineering, and advanced fluorescence microscopy to investigate how the epigenetic regulator EZH2 interacts with chromatin in living cells.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research in Epigenetics and Chromatin Biology.
- Study Cancer Biology and Therapeutic Targets.
- Perform CRISPR-Cas9 Genome Editing experiments.
