Key Responsibilities
- Data governance of first-level review of CP Raw materials and Recipes within a turnaround time of 72 hours.
- Provide Security Access roles to PDP/DMS/PPM/LIMS systems with due diligence.
- Route Human Use Protocols (HUP) through SAP-DMS to the correct reviewers and support the process in Veeva as Admin.
- Route Adverse Event (AE) for all HUP studies to the Pharmacovigilance team for evaluation.
- Provide technical support and procedural guidance to 2000+ English-speaking PDM end-users via phone calls, emails, and instant messages.
- Support the team in PDM Cleansing and ancillary activities like obsoleting recipes and searches.
- Maintain data governance of master data related to Colgate raw materials and recipes.
- Support system testing and allied administrative functions.
- Contribute to EHS and Quality standards, ensuring product safety and workplace quality.
- Collaborate with India GTech teams, global GTech teams, and manufacturing plants.
Qualifications
- Post Graduate in Pure Sciences (Chemistry, Biology), Pharmacy, or Technology (Cosmetics).
- Strong fundamental knowledge in basic chemistry.
- Fair to good exposure to SAP database management, system administration activities, and concepts.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite proficiency (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
