Role Overview
PolyPeptide is seeking a Quality Control professional responsible for performing analytical testing of peptide products across various stages of manufacturing. The role ensures compliance with regulatory standards and supports quality assurance through accurate testing, documentation, and validation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) analysis for peptide manufacturing batches
- Conduct testing of finished products as per approved specifications and methods
- Carry out stability studies including sample analysis, documentation, and reporting
- Execute analytical method validation and method transfer as per ICH guidelines
- Operate and maintain analytical instruments such as HPLC, UPLC, GC, LC-MS, Karl Fischer (KF), and UV spectroscopy
- Prepare and review analytical reports, SOPs, STPs, and validation protocols
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with GMP and GLP requirements
- Perform calibration and routine maintenance of laboratory instruments
- Investigate OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), and deviations
- Maintain documentation aligned with regulatory standards (FDA, EMA, ICH)
- Support audit readiness and participate in internal and external audits
- Coordinate with Production and QA teams for efficient workflow
