Key Responsibilities
- Perform analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using analytical instruments
- Operate and maintain instruments such as:
- HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography)
- GC (Gas Chromatography)
- UV-Visible Spectrophotometer
- FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy)
- Dissolution Apparatus
- Calibration and qualification of laboratory instruments
- Prepare and review analytical reports and documentation
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) guidelines
- Investigate Out of Specification (OOS) and Out of Trend (OOT) results
- Maintain proper documentation as per US FDA, World Health Organization, and other regulatory requirements
- Ensure data integrity and compliance
