Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, Data Integrity, and Regulatory guidelines including USFDA, MHRA, and WHO.
- Visit DS manufacturing and warehouse facilities to ensure activities are carried out as per GMP requirements, regulatory requirements, and approved procedures.
- Participate in manufacturing investigation and CAPA finalization activities.
- Prepare and review Risk Assessment and Mitigation Plans.
- Ensure process and cleaning validation activities are performed according to approved protocols.
- Review master documents such as study protocols, BPR, and MFR.
- Review executed Batch Processing Records for Batch Release.
- Review Batch Dispatch Records and verify warehouse dispatch activities.
- Coordinate APQR data compilation and APQR preparation activities.
- Prepare and review Quality System SOPs and related documents.
- Review SOPs as per GMP requirements for all departments.
Qualifications
- Master’s in Biotechnology
- Post-Graduation in Pharmacy
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in IPQA or AQA in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
