Eligibility Criteria: First Class M.Sc. in one of the following fields: Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Genetics, and Biochemistry.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
Candidates with the following qualifications and experience will be preferred:
- UGC-CSIR/NET/GATE/DBT-BET qualification
- Research experience in:
- DNA Damage Response
- Microfluidics
- Genomics
- Cancer Biology
- Genome Editing
- Confocal Microscopy
- Animal Handling (Mouse Models)
Salary and Benefits
- ₹61,040 per month (including HRA) for the first two years
- ₹64,092 per month (including HRA) during the third year
- Compensation will be provided as per ICMR norms.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will contribute to translational cancer research involving Organ-on-Chip and microfluidic diagnostic technologies, focusing on breast cancer chemo-radiation sensitivity studies. Responsibilities may include molecular and cellular experiments, genomic analysis, imaging techniques, and handling preclinical models in a research-intensive laboratory environment.
