Job Details:

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

• A Ph.D. degree in any area of Life Sciences
• Candidates who have submitted their thesis and are awaiting the award of the Ph.D. degree may also apply
• Evidence of conducting high-quality research during or after the Ph.D. program

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in gene editing
• Experience in Agrobacterium-mediated genetic transformation in rice

Fellowship

For Candidates with Ph.D. Certificate: ₹58,000 per month + 9% HRA

For Candidates Awaiting Ph.D. Degree: ₹42,000 per month + 9% HRA

Candidates awaiting the Ph.D. degree must provide a letter from a competent authority confirming:

• Thesis submission
• Final viva/defense pending

A nominal research grant will also be available under the program.
